Typographic performance: Message as Flux

This typographic performance was documented exclusively through screenshots captured from a public webcam overlooking the iconic Abbey Road crossing in London.

At the time, the CCTV feed refreshed only once every four seconds, extending fleeting moments into strangely suspended images. By temporarily interrupting the flow of traffic to form letterforms, the project used ephemeral typography to draw attention to the perception of passing time, while the public webcam unexpectedly expanded the work’s audience beyond the immediate site of the performance.
